send notification email to delivery staff?

Hello, new TI user, absolutely loving it so far.

I have a demo location created and I’m taking orders just fine. I have a delivery person created, they can login to view their assigned orders, but I cannot figure out how to email them to notify them of a new delivery task.

i’m getting all other emails properly as expected. is the delivery person is supposed to get notified of a new delivery order once it’s assigned to them? or at some point during the order lifecycle?

still not getting any emails once an order is assigned to delivery group…? am I missing something?

Hi there!

There may be a stock TI method to do this that I don’t know about (we don’t have delivery drivers so I’m unfamiliar with this part of the system) but you can definitely do this with the Automation Extension.
