The add URL button for adding social network profiles in themes does not function “TypeError: bootstrap.Popover.getInstance(…).getTipElement is not a function”! Previous versions of Tastyignter posed no issues.

The WSWIG editor for static pages is also not available and other items with dependencies on bootstrap not functioning. I’ve performed two new installations and the problem persists across all three sites. This points to an issue with the code being pulled for installation.
Yes, this is a fresh installation from Tastyigniter’s master.
