Brand new install. Using Twilio. My phone cell phone is both the company phone and the customer phone. I can get it to send an SMS from the Design->SMS Templates->Edit->“Send Test Message” but cannot get it to ever send a message from automation (order change). I enabled the rule in Tools->Automations->“Send an SMS message when an order status is updated”. How do you troubleshoot? Nothing in the Failed attempts or the system log. Do I have to add code anywhere? What is the Code field in Tools->Automations-> ? Default is “smsnotify_new_order_status” but cannot find that anywhere in the PHP files. NOT versed in PHP but can/have done quite a bit of code in other languages.
