Hello. I am having a problem of using coupon system. Adding a coupon at the stage of ordering is absolutely fine and people can check out with reduced price. Once an order is placed, the order status is automatically updated as "received".
From the statement of the change log of this program, it says "New admin setting option to set status to mark order as processing so system can start stock reduction and coupon redemption".
So I have changed the order status to preparation (which is one of the "processing order status"), but coupon history is still empty showing "There are no history for this coupon.".
This does not change at all even I changed the order status as "delivery" or "completed". The main problem is that the same customer can redeem this coupon unlimited no matter how I set up "redemption" or "customer redemption" in the coupon menu (because there is always no history for the coupon).
Would you please let me know how to fix this issue? Is there anyone finding this system is working flawlessly? If so, please share the system setting for me.
