Hello people, I finally found the solution to the problem of reload and reload the web to setup page. This problem is caused by the version of the PHP in our server. So to change this, in your Cpanel look at Software/Services and click on "select PHP version":
Next click on "Choose PHP Version":
In my case look at my server default is Current version 5.6. Now change this to PHP Version 7.0:
And wait one minute to VOILA!!!! The web is perfect!!!
