I have created a custom theme in TastyIgniter 4. I have added the composer.json and theme.php files, but the theme is not appearing in Admin > Design > Themes.
Is there a command I need to run to make the theme show up in the admin panel, or is there something I might have missed during the setup or publishing process?
Please let me know if you have any idea what could be wrong.
