DocketPrint prints thermal receipt dockets to your kitchen or counter printers automatically when orders are placed or reach the statuses you choose.
Printing runs through the DocketPrint Helper, a desktop tray app that polls your site and prints from whichever computer is connected to your printers.
What it does
- Queue dockets when new orders arrive or when order statuses change.
- Local/USB thermal printers, Epson ePOS over the network, and raw ESC/POS over IP (port 9100).
- Set up several printers per location (for example, counter and kitchen), each with its own docket template.
- Markdown-based layouts with variables, logo, barcode and paper width options.
- Limit auto-printing to orders containing items from selected categories.
- Future-dated orders create Held print jobs that are printed on the order date. Turn on Print future-dated orders per printer if you want them to print immediately.
- Track queued, completed and failed jobs from the admin panel.
