I have just installed TastyIgniter 2.1.1.

I am setting things up and attempting to check out as a customer to see how everything works, however, I have been getting the error that the restaurant is unable to make deliveries. I have attached the relevant admin and storefront screenshots.
I have played around with the timings and delivery works if opening is 24/7 and delivery follows opening timing.
[update] I realised the delivery options in storefront will be correct if in Admin > System > Settings > Restaurant > Default Timezone is set to Antarctica/Troll. However, I'm in Asia! How do I correct this?

Delivery charge isn't being applied suddenly. I have $5 delivery for all orders and $0 for all orders above $10. It worked previously, but suddenly became $5 delivery for all orders only + delivery charge isn't included in the total.
In my storefront info tab though, the text on the delivery charge is showing correctly.
