Wouldn't it be good to have an option to add orders manually?

Hello, Is it possible to use the application offline? What i mean is add orders manually etc... without having the user to use the website at all. This way we can manage also orders from calls and chat.

I can think of work it into LOCALHOST With Xampp for example
