I don't see why the threshold is set to ALL, setting to 1 should work find since you mostly wont need to log all messages unless you're debugging.

No problem at all. Its also a security measure to disable error logging while your site is live.

Thinking about this a bit more, i'm thinking that you might add a config parameter with the max size of the logs.php file. If the max size is exceeded, or even if the size is within, say 10% of the limit , you might post a message to the error logs page that suggests clearing the log file. I'm finding that when the log threshold is set to 'ALL' (4) the error log fills up pretty quickly.

Thanks for your reply. You are correct. I was debugging at the time since my zip code wasn't found within the polygon. I'm sure it's fine to leave it as is.

I've just reinstalled TI to try to avoid a problem where the Error Logs aren't handled correctly. When i click on the RHS - gear wheel, Error Logs, the error i get is: The www.sitename.com page isn’t working www.sitename.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

Other admin functions are working correctly. thanks, Bob

figured this one out. The error log, 'logs.php' got too big somehow. It exceeded my hosting limit (or some other limit). I've deleted the log.php file on the server and i'm back in business.
