Missing Email notification regularly

I've just tried it here. Created a new order and both admin and customer received email. If it works sometimes then it could be issue with your email. Have you tried checking with your provider?

I've had a similar issue before with a digitalocean droplet.. Emails that were on the same server did not receive order emails but it was working fine with other emails, it was some issue with Postfix or so (can't remember).. This might be the case for you.

Is anyone else experiencing same issue?

It looks like the admin will only receive an order thats being successfully completed by the customer. Admin wont be notified of lost orders.

Small update (which might help you in troubleshooting) send test mail was also not working when the issue is occurring. On successful order: customer receives mail, admin does not receive it sometimes. whenever admin is not receiving mail, send test mail is also not working

Hi,

Admin would be notified upon new orders created along with customer. But I admin is not receiving all the emails. Suppose if 4 orders are created, admin is receiving email for only 2 orders.

It's weird. I did even change the email server at my end to check if its mail id issue. but the issue still persists. You can see the irregular mails in the screenshots. (NO mails are deleted. Checked SPAM too)

Tried fix from https://forum.tastyigniter.com/thread-279.html, but no luck

Kindly Help asap.

Hi sampoyigi,

I have tried with test orders. Customer is receiving mails successfully where as admin is not receiving mails. (test orders were successful and customer received emails too)

Unfortunately, I am not receiving the admin notifications however customer is receiving the mail. Is there any other way to get notified expect to e-mail... may be by sms. Any help would be appreciated.
