Yes, the username and password are the same with the one entered during the setup.

After checking your website, I noticed the admin login form is sending POST data to http://www.elportaldelnegocio.com/tastyigniter/ instead of http://www.elportaldelnegocio.com/tastyigniter/admin (which is the current page).

I will suggest that you delete all files, delete all exisiting tastyigniter tables in your database and clear your cache then, download and upload TastyIgniter files before starting the setup process again. Follow the installation steps on the documentation. After setup you should be able to login from the admin page.

I am not able to login it takes me back to the main page when I write username and password

It is a fresh install: TastyIgniter-1.4.2-beta.zip

When I click on http://www.elportaldelnegocio.com/tastyigniter/admin/

and I write the credentials, it takes me back to:

http://www.elportaldelnegocio.com/tastyigniter/

even if I dont write login and password it takes me to : http://www.elportaldelnegocio.com/tastyigniter/

One question, the user name and password for the Administrator is the same we set in the database at the configuration step? is there a default user and password for the administrator?
