date time language to dutch

I tried to change the date language to dutch by translating ../system/language/english/calendar_lang.php But that didn't change the language to dutch. i have checked my Date/Time timezone "europe/amsterdam (utc +01:00).

I think the script is not using the timezone setting correctly.

does someone have a solution to fix this?
