Change Admin Time Format

Its very ease, open ....js/datepicker/bootstrap-timepicker.js and change the value "showMeridian" from true to false

Or change separat, example timepicker "mealtimes" call..

     $('.time').timepicker({
             showMeridian: false
     });

Hello, i will change the time format from 12 to 24 hours.
