How to configure a new language correctly?

@Leo, you are able to run other languages along side English.. Just be sure to enable Detect Bowser Language from System -> Settings -> Options...

How it works, the system check the broswer default language and if this langauge exists in the system it will be used instead, else it falls back to the selected language in admin.

As an user I don't have an option to choose another language despite to another language availability on admin section.

Does it mean that this site can run only in one language at a time. If I want to have another I have to copy a whole site?

I am new to this software but I would like to run a different language. And keep english version as well. When I add a new language through admin I don't get any notifications on user frontend about new language option. I presume it should be a dropdown or radio button for another language. Thanks a lot for your great work.
