Specials option bug

[attachment=37][attachment=38] I use TI2.1.1 and when I try to enable and configure Spetial Option by adding a From date and To date, all feel OK but when I clic on Save bouton, all the option become Disabled. Would you please Help me

Picture (specials1.png) Before Clic on Save Picture (specials2.png) After Clic on Save and return to Specials Tab in Menus Option. Thank you for help!

Ok thank you for reply but I have tried to download TI from official link but not succeed (https://tastyigniter.com/download/) After fill all the fields in the download page, I have a notification that I wil receive within 5-10mn the link but never recie it nor in spam or junk mails. Would you like please to provide me a direct official link to download. What you say may be true because in error log, I have this message frequently:

ERROR - 2017-01-04 19:39:31 --> Feed_parser: error --> Exception: String could not be parsed as XML String could not be parsed as XML

also having this problem
