Delivery and pick-up times

I am using V2.1.1 and have a question.

When you go to checkout you can request delivery or pick-up time "as soon as possible" or choose a later time.

When I go to the demo on Tastyigniter this is set out differently and uses a drop down box. ( please see the images below) Can anyone tell me which files need updating and the code to have the drop down box.

Thanks for the reply. The files must exist somewhere if it is on the Tastyigniter demo. Do you know which version of the script is used for the demo?

I have had V2.0.0 and the checkout delivery / pickup times didn't appear in a drop down box so the demo must have had a modification.
