upload file size issue

Before you ask this whole question, read the description and test the script correctly, especially the admin center. In case of problems, read the admin logfiles, most of questions are easy self-explanatory. In addition it should be noted the file extension and the Access rights (chmod).

Increase the upload size:

Admin > System > Settings > Images Manager > Maximum File Size

I have tried to upload two images now from the admin side for the slideshow and they both keep saying could not be uploaded cause of the filesize but they are only 0.3MB and 0.7MB in size

can anyone help me please how to solve the issue
