This restaurant currently does not deliver to your address checkout issue

I am just doing final testing of the site and noticed in the checkout side, it keeps coming up with This restaurant currently does not deliver to your address when I click payment, I have created the delivery area around the postcode and more and still keeps coming up, can anyone help please?

Can anyone help with this please as I have tried editing a library file that I found others having the same issue but is still not working
