Hi Sam,

I think it should be designed to be mobile first interface. For ex, Area in red box should be collapsed. It take so much space for user to scroll through the menu.

BTW, I am currently using GloriaFood for online ordering and Guestful for reservation. GloriaFood has excellect interface both front end and order receiving mobile app. It has real-time confirmation so, customer can see expected time delivery/pickup.

Guestful has good back end control setting, just lack of visual table management.

You should check out this 2 apps.
