Hello Anth,
This is a great idea and one that the TI team is already working on. However we have given a few other features priority such as SMS Gateway Integration, Autoprint and Facebook ordering because TI already has Paypal Express, and Authorize.Net payment modules.
Rest assured that we take all ideas into consideration, but we are still a small growing team. Hopefully Stripe Integration will be in the TastyIgniter 2.x.x release.
