Thats good feedback. I'll check here to see if the signing out is related to session being cleared after order is completed.

After a while, my customers are logged out when not active on the website for a certain period of time. How do I keep them logged in always?

Hi, thanks for you reply. I tried changing the cookie lifetime and and session maxlifetime and it worked at first. When they did not purchase anything, all of my 22 test accounts were logged in two days after, but after making orders every 5 - 10 minutes they all kept signing out after an hour or so.
