moltar There are a few common issues that could cause this. The obvious are that your database username and password are entered incorrectly. However, I found that during my first attempt at a test install I kept trying to use "sub.mydomain.com" as the database host which failed. Using "localhost" in the field solved the issue and that has worked on the subsequent test installs as well.
