Save Store Credit Card when using Authorize.net

To store customers card details you have to follow, PCI DSS Requirement 9. You can see what the requirement is here:

This one might be a little tricky and hot but still I wanted to suggest it. Is this not possible because we don't want to store those details in our system because we are afraid they could be hacked? It'd just be nice for customers to re-order really quick without the need to fill out the card number again.
