After performing all the informed procedures to install the application, I am getting the error message below. The installation is in localhost and the Operating System is Windows7.
Error message: Database connection was unsuccessful, please make sure the database server, username and password is correct.
The error message Occurs on the following page: http://localhost/setup/database
The database was created in the mysql.
