Thats the total of incomplete sales.. You can view them by filtering the order lists under Admin -> Orders

What does "Total Lost Sales" represent in the admin dashboard? I can't seem to find anything about it.

All orders have actually been marked complete so I don't think that's the correct number

I think what I found is that orders that have been created by customers and then they end up going to checkout but somehow payment fails or they drop out of the cart, these orders contribute to the Total Lost Sales.
