Cannot manage to install Only white background....

Whenever I ran into the blank page after installing the application files to my server, I was able to get beyond it by issuing the command: sudo chown -R apache.apache public_html . I think your apache user is different on Ubuntu (www-data). Try that and let us know if that helps. I am personally stuck on the accept license screen.

Putting the files up as root and then chowning them to apache will resolve the permission issue.

My server is: CentOS 7, PHP 5.6 & 7.0 . I am using MySQL version 5.5.52. Apache version 2.4.6 in worker mode.

I decided last night to just have it installed for me by the Tasty Igniter guys. I made a payment via PayPal so hopefully I will be hearing from them soon so they can get it installed for me to start testing. Good luck with your install!! :)

Hello friends I'm struggling to install but without success Every time when i add the files i got only white background nothing appears not any single char. When i open logs nothing in there.

Have an VPS server for testing purposes but i cannot handle to make it work.

OS: Ubuntu server 14.04

I have installed Mysql manualy, Apache2, php5. No success 2. Try to install phpmyadmin to manage database without success 3. Tryed to install php7.0 no success with that

So i'm stuck sudo chown -R didn't help, maybe i have problems that i put files as root ??? But on early configuration e.g wordpress, joomla etc... i din't have any problems with chgownig. Next i will try to make user and put the files again. mike_b, what configuration do you use what OS server php, mysql... Tell me more about your sysytem so eventualy i will install the same and we can try to manage to work :). Regards
