Design -> Themes, click Customise (pencil icon) on the active theme. Then choose Typography on the left hand inner menu and edit Font Size & Color.
Remember to save and wait until the change appears! Or hard refresh. ie. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5
Or create a child theme and edit the CSS!
