I have a select box of menu options, which the option is required but not selecting an option still adds the item to the cart. By default the selection box shows the menu option "type" and having this selected seems to be enough to pass the submit/add validation. I have tried to force the selection box to have a default for an actual option which does work, but the "type" menu option is still shown and if a customer chooses this then it allows them to choose a menu option which is invalid.
