Cannot define the Delivery area for my location

I have created my location for Delivery & Take Away, however I am unable to define the delivery area. When I go to the Delivery tab for my location, the google map briefly flashes on screen showing my location, but I am then display an error pop up message that says "TypeError: area.getCenter(...) is undefined". So I opened up the console in Firefox to see what else is going on and I see the following messages/errors:

When using Opera browser, the delivery area tab is mostly blank, the only things visible are the title : Delivery areas and the button that says "+Add new area" but clicking the button does nothing.

Any ideas how to make this work? I am also open to the possibility of just having the delivery area defines by a list of zip codes if that is at all possible.

After further exploration, I discovery the Google MAps API key field. So I generated a key for Javascript API and restricted it to the IP of my server. I copied and pasted the key into the System->Settings->Restaurant->Google Maps API Key field, and saved it. I went back into the location delivery area and again, the map flashes briefly on the screen and the error now says:

GET http://clayovenhaight.com/menu/admin/activities/latest 200 OK 247ms jquery-...r=2.1.1 (line 4) TypeError: d is undefined marker.js (line 28, col 123)

Any ideas? I already tried creating a new location, but still the same problem...

Ok. I think I have it now. I removed all restrictions on the API (I tried restricting by referrer URL & IP but it didn't work) and was able to draw out the delivery area successfully. Then I went back to the menu, entered a test address & it confirmed delivery to the address!
