I have only had this problem once and it was yesterday.
The customer placed an order through PayPal. And I received the PayPal payment notification through my email. So far so good.
I never received the admin email letting me know that an order went through.
And in the dashboard, the order never showed up after refresh.
I know the payment went through since it shows up in the PayPal account.
But if I search for the customer's name or the exact order number, it pops up in the orders dashboard. I noticed that the order's status is blank as well.
Looking at the database, the row has status_id=0, and notify=0.
If anyone knows what's going on it would be helpful.
