Search Bar for Menu Items

Unfortunately i could not find any search bar for searching menu items. When a customer clicks "Show All" in the menu page, it is getting difficult to go through all the menus. A search bar would much more helpful. Anybody can please advice me how to implement the same however i have looked into the forum and couldn't find any suitable solution. Thanks !

Please is there anybody who made this function? It would be very useful in case you have many items on menu and you want to find which of all for example contains "tomatoes".
