How to fill in the items on Category new page

I can't fill in the items on the Category new page

What I shall enter on; Name Permalink Slug Parent ?

Where can I find an example?

Thanks for your reply. The demo is NOT always working.

It took me sometimes to set the default current.

On Demo System -> Settings it popup the Currency page

On my tastyigniter http://ip_address/tastyigniter/admin/ Login

System -> Settings It popup the Settings page -> Restaurant Default Currency Done

P.S. I ran another round building a new tastyigniter. It was not so difficult as the first round.

But I couldn't make the docker image to work. I'll start another posting.
