Hi,

I'm probably missing something obvious so would be grateful for a cross check please! Running on Ubuntu 16.04LTS in Azure, clean install of TI.

I've set up a sendgrid account to handle my outgoing mail (as outlined here for wordpress... https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/davedev/2013/08/15/how-do-i-send-email-with-wordpress-hosted-on-azure-websites/) but when I enter the account details in the TI setup menu it's throwing an error - "you did not specify an SMTP hostname", screenshot shows that I'm entering server, port, un & pass.... Am I missing something please?

Dejosel, thankyou! SOLVED :) I also did need to check my account config in the sendgrid settings, in the end I used the api access on SSL using port 465.

It is worth noting that the mail() function is not suitable for larger volumes of email in a loop. This function opens and closes an SMTP socket for each email, which is not very efficient. cloudways.com/blog/setup-configure-smtp-on-wordpress/
