Can't acces /admin

I install Tasty by the composer,but i can't acces the /admin page.
The frontend is okay

Not Found

The requested URL /nham/admin was not found on this server.

Any way to fix it without the reinstall?

I dont have htacces file or admin folder im my path

dianga .htacess was hidden and the folder dosen't exist by default

AllowOverride All
