Extensions randomly stop working

As the title state, now and again all the extensions that are turned on will turn off and cause a "Component "session" is not registered." then no one can access any part of the site (apart from admin section) until the extensions have been restarted.

How do I find out what is causing the issue and prevent it from happening again?

The error from the server log is;

ERROR 2020-04-11 20:01:15 Igniter\Flame\Exception\SystemException: Component "session" is not registered.
in /public_html/app/system/classes/ComponentManager.php:238

A full extended version can be provided if needed.

The server access log reads;

wakey18 I've seen that before on the demo site, but it stopped happening after I removed the code that updates installed extensions. Won't suggest that in your case but hopefully we can pinpoint the root cause of the issue.

Hi, having the same issue here. Could you share which code to comment out to prevent this until this issue has been resolved?

Disables installing/uninstalling extensions.
