Filter in Locations page only restaurant that cover the user address

I think that’s is really important filter the locations page or a new one for only locations that cover the area that the user have inserted.

I’m trying to use the function if(!Location::checkDeliveryCoverage()); that is also used in the menù

But the “if” value never changes. So this filter seems to not working.
The user is coming from the home page, where it have putted the address.

I am also interested in this. I have 12 different cities and want the customer to only see the restaurants in their area, not all areas, when they enter their address.
