Is it possible to stop certain emails being sent? e.g. order status updates to customers (I know you can stop this per order, but as a blanket rule I’d like to turn them off).
I tried deleting the mail template, but it keeps reappearing so that approach doesn’t work.
I would want to turn off other emails too, so keen to know if there is a correct general approach to this?
