Hi guys, I’m trying to reset the password but the functionality doesn’t work. Steps to replicate:
• Click on the reset password function at the login page
• Provide the email and the reset password email is being sent
• Click on the link received in the email
• Type-in the new password and confirm it
• Now it says the password has been reset but you can’t login with the new password and the old password still works
Any idea what could cause this and how to fix it?
