roydeanjr I literally delivered this site to the client yesterday, and it went live today. Then the update came through, and if I hadn’t have been cautious enough to back everything up, they would have been down.
I understand that it’s difficult to test each and every scenario, but if there’s a risk by design when updating, then there should be a fallback built right into the update procedure. Instead, it just replaced the files and gave up.
Not to mention it took about 5 clicks to try and get the update to complete. The first 3 failed, but appeared as though some of the extensions were successfully updated.. and due to the non-backwards compatibility with the new extensions, I had to try over and over again.
Eventually all extensions updated, but TastyIgniter update fails with the above.
