Delivery area problem

Hello friends!
I have a problem adding the delivery areas of the restaurant.
When the customer types in his neighborhood, he says that there is no restaurant that serves this area.
But the neighborhood is registered and would have to appear as registered.

matheus Maybe bateias is not a locality (city) but a sub locality (town) or the other way around if that makes sense? I’d try all the other address component to see which works.

matheus Wont be possible due to how the location search works. When searching for the nearest location on the front end, the system first finds which location is the closest to the user’s address before checking if the address is within a marked delivery area. So if a location address is not within any of its marked delivery area it wont be found. I hope that makes sense..

Hi! I’m looking for information on how the location search works please, and how you define your search radius (not a programmer, but looking to have the system integrated and have specific delivery radius at present). If anyone can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it! Thanks 🙂
