Delivery leadtimes

Is there a way to automate delivery leadtime for certain hours of the day? Our shop leadtime varies in the evening, 1 hour around 5pm to 8pm, 45 mins from 8pm to 9pm and 30 mins from 9pm to closing time.

The issue here is that if I leave on 1 hour leadtime, I can miss orders between 10:01pm to 11pm (closing time) where I’d like the last order to be 10:30pm.

At the moment, the leadtime needs manually set to 30 mins in to take orders up to 10:30pm.

Ideas? Thanks.

kiwiboy You can set to accept orders until the closing time.

Admin -> Restaurant -> Locations -> YourRestaurant -> Settings -> Last Order Time

kiwiboy That depends on your general settings.

Single Location
Admin -> Restaurant -> Settings -> Last Order Time

Multiple Locations
Admin -> Restaurant -> Locations -> YourRestaurant -> Settings -> Last Order Time

Definitely don’t have that last order setting. I’m wondering if it’s replaced with opening hours as I have shop opening hours, delivery hours, and pickup hours. So maybe if I set delivery hours to 11:30pm, it means the last delivery will be 10:30pm?

Of course that’s assuming the shop opening times doesn’t override delivery and pickup times.

kiwiboy The Last Order Time field @mlattke is referring to has been removed in beta.22 and now calculated based on the closing hour minus delivery/pickup lead time. Also, opening times does not override delivery or pickup times
