I gave all the privileges and made a database but still showing me that the error can anyone help?

atalnasrat you can create the DB and User from command or graphic UI.

CREATE DATABASE database;
CREATE USER ’username@‘localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘password’;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON * . * TO ’username@‘localhost’;
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

well I also did this but it’s not happening or not going to the next step still gives me that error

@atalnasrat you need to make the folder writeable that you are trying to install to. you should be able to do this through your web cpanel or other interface.
