spantelis our emails are going to spam on both of our domains. Domains are new and never used any email service before or reported as spam. anyone faced the same issue?
ryanmitchell spantelis are you using a sending service like postmark or sendgrid? I would advise you do 🙂
spantelis ryanmitchell hello, i actually created an email from cpanel and added this email in ti settings for the order emails to the customers etc.

ryanmitchell We use postmark and it provides an smtp user and password which we use. It’s all pretty simple - but you have to add a couple of DNS records.
