Missing vendor files

When trying to install SETUP this error occurs

Is this using the latest setup from Github?
Permissions should be 777 or all the boxes checked.
Then attempt again. Sometimes the second time running it actually works. However, my latest experience with the latest setup is that I encountered no errors. Even using a previous version of a database.

When I put the 777 the error occurs, then I don’t know what to do anymore

So, you are doing a fresh install or is this an upgrade? How many times have you run setup?
