Should be when installing the extension for the first time. However, if you ever delete the extension and the extension’s data, the query is not executing after that, even if you install the extension again. Not sure why……. Have not looked at the code to try and figure out, but need to in order to resolve the issue of live messages not getting to twilio. But, I want to know if anyone else is having the same problem before I waste a ton of time looking for the needle that doesn’t actually exist.
