Moving To SSL

Hey TastyIgniter Team I’m running tastyIgniter as subsite in my wordpress installation and tried to configure ssl now. But to problems occure if I do manually rewrite URLS to https;// in tastyIgniter .htaccess file.
I) The systems .css and .js files are still loaded over http and my browser outputs a “mixed content error”
II) The admin dashboard is not reachable, when using https://

I tried to change the “site-URL variable” to https://, but no change occur inside the config/app.conf file

Can you edit the app.php file in the config folder? Change lines 55 in app.php and in settings table, change site_url to your site url with https:// prefix. That should help. Also, if you admin panel is cpanel, click on the icon to force ssl; that will set the required code in .htaccess.

roydeanjr To help anyone with mixed content, the site_url is now in the .env file, app.php still need changed as well to work with SSL

Hey ! Thanks. I could fix the problem with the mixed content with your hint. But now another problem occurs.
If I call the root path of tastyIgniter https://“myDomain”/tastyIgniter/ the page will be loaded without any problem.
But trying to navigate or call the admin panel goves me an 404 not found.
For example:
https://“myDomain”/tastyIgniter/“club”/menus/
https://“myDomain”/tastyIgniter/login
https://“myDomain”/tastyIgniter/admin

maybe a misconfigured blocking restrition in .htaccess ?

t7777 If you’ve created a subdirectory, you should add the subdirectory name as well:

I already did that, my .htaccess file inside /html/wordpress/tastyIgniter looks like:

Maybe there is a problem with the .htaccess on /html/wordpress ?

visualdm app.php should not need changed - changing the .env is enough
