I haven’t ever heard of or seen an extension for this but it would be definitely possible to do.

That is for just Promotion purpose. In TI there is Promo code extension. but in Loyalty program, The Restaurant Owner can offer some Points for certain amount or transaction. and when those points after reaching a certain points, the customer can redeem as discount.

it would be possible to make as an extension either by yourself or paying a developer to do it.
