I’ve just tagged a new version release of the pinter version which should appear in updates soon. This is a huge release with lots of new features! A new admin view for managing dockets A totally reworked printer editing page featuring: Ability to add multiple dockets to a printer with category limitations Ability to separately control what is printed by print docket and autoprint Ability to modify default text sizes and styles Ability to control cut settings New autoprint options 3 docket templates which have been tested and finessed to fit the needs of most restaurants I want to say a massive thanks to @breaksecurity for all his help testing and refining this release. He also played a huge part in shaping the docket templates that come supplied.

I would like to report issue with autoprint function which doesn’t work. It won’t print any incoming orders.

It works fine in our environments - ensure your menu items have categories as that has sometimes caused issues for other users.

It prints orders manually fine with no issue but why autoprint does not work then? My items does have category.

You really need to try and give me more information to work with, its impossible to help from the limited detail you are giving.

Would like to give you some more details but logs not capturing anything from that point. You can take a look here maybe: /admin/thoughtco/printer/autoprint?location=1&getSales=1 Keeps spamming same thing on network tab. Also, displays: [] on web view if I open it…

That link is not helpful, as its specific to your install and your data. Its not finding any sales as the settings you have put in place for auto print aren’t matching any sales. So amend the settings in the printer extension configuration.

Can you please be more specific where I can find autoprint settings? I cannot see on printer extension any settings to config there. Thanks

Tools -> printers Edit your printer Autoprint tab

Thanks, but everything is fine there. Only autoprint Received orders and set status to Preparation when is printed.
