hi - for some reason only the 1. view i made do remove the “tickets” or orders when they are marked as completed. If i make a 2. view (or 3. view) they do not remove the “tickets” when they are completed but just leave them in the display and change the status to completed. But when you do mark them complete in the 2. (or3.) view they disappear from the 1. view. so it is only on the 1 view they disappear when completed.
You would need to send screenshots of your view setups so we could help you figure out whats going on. There isnt enough information to work with at the moment.

Oh never mind I see now.
Your view 2 “Orders with initial status” is set to all statuses - so it will show orders with all statuses.
And view 1 was set to “received” so if i changed view 2 and 3 to received they also only display the uncompleted tickets. Apparently i did not quite understand how “Orders with initial status” and “statuses” worked.
why not showing the customer button report button and kitchen display.

Admin panel -> System -> Extension -> Search for it, click on it, add it.
If its a paid extension, buy it on the marketplace, get a Carte key, add it to your site. Then same as above.
